Our Story

AVD APEX LTD was founded with a simple belief: great communication deserves great technology – and even better human care. Based in Kigali, Rwanda, we saw a gap in the market: agencies that either understood technical AV or understood creative events, but rarely both. We decided to bridge that gap.

Today, we are a value-driven Audio-Visual and Event Management Agency serving brands, organisations, and communities across Rwanda and East Africa. From supplying sound systems for a boardroom to managing a national product launch, we bring the same level of passion, precision, and joy to every project.

Not with AVD APEX LTD. We are a one‑stop agency – we handle sound, lighting, LED screens, event logistics, media production, entertainment booking, and graphic design. One contract, one point of contact, consistent quality.

We are based in Kigali but operate nationwide across Rwanda and can travel to neighbouring countries (Uganda, Tanzania, DRC, Burundi) for events, installations, or productions. Travel logistics are included in our proposal.

Not at all. You can rent just the equipment or service you need (e.g., sound system, LED wall, DJ, or photography) without any additional planning. We deliver, set up, and can also provide an operator if required.

We’ve delivered everything from corporate conferences, product launches, and trade shows to concerts, award galas, weddings, and roadshows. Our portfolio includes government summits, telecom brand activations, church AV installations, and private celebrations.
